Ad Ops Manager

Key responsibilities include:
  • Owning / acting as AdOps rep in key meetings: i.e. AdOps weekly, process health check, employee forum, Adloox bi-weekly.

  • Working with Activation ensuring our Brand Safety solution is maintained and developing in-line with the industry.

  • Spearheading the creation and implementation of operational procedure and best practices, across multiple teams when onboarding new clients.

  • Creating, developing and maintaining Ad Operations processes, best practices and training documentation.

  • Ensuring procedures are adhered to and addressing any problems or proposed changes to all relevant teams.

  • Maintaining collaborative working relationships with internal staff and clients.

  • Conducting performance reviews (appraisals) to encourage, motivate and improve staff performance.

  • Organising team socials and finding ways to maintain/boost team morale.

  • Being involved in team hiring processes and new team member training.

  • Ensure all AdOps collateral is updated and available on the wiki.

This is what you'll have done already:
  • The successful candidate will have experience in Ad Operations and have an understanding of the digital and social landscape. Ideally you would have worked with tools such as Google stack, DCM and DBM. Having an understanding of tag management tools such as Ensighten and Google Tag Manager, as well as mobile tracking platforms are desirable, but not essential.

    The ideal candidate must have/be:

    • Highly proficient in understanding of ad serving technology.

    • Previous experience working in Ad Operations.

    • Comfortable working with ambiguity and changing situations.

    • High level of resilience and tenacity required – must be able to deal with challenge from across the business whilst maintaining a positive and proactive style.

    • Delivering as an individual as well as motivating your immediate team.

    • An excellent understanding of the advertising technology landscape.

    • Good attention to detail.

    • A great communicator.
