Senior Campaign Executive

The Senior Campaign Executive is a key member of the activation team, responsible for both the management of your clients day to day campaign based requests as well as campaign planning, set-up, optimisation and reporting. You will be encouraged to contribute suggestions on how to evolve our technology (built in house) and deliver improvements in efficiency across the business. You will also deputise for the Campaign Manager when needed and support with the training of more junior members of the team.

Here's what we'd like you to do:
  • Manage and own campaigns across Display, Video and Social channels and platforms, optimising tactics and strategies to produce the best possible performance
  • Manage all operational work to launch a campaign from planning to set-up and reporting
  • Create media plans which demonstrate knowledge of your client account(s) and provide new testing ideas for further opportunities
  • Produce weekly client reports together with a summary of performance and the actions you've taken, explaining your choices and the impact on the campaign
  • Own the performance part of the weekly client calls, providing additional detail and background where needed
  • Produce end of campaign reports which highlight deeper insight into campaign performance and learnings
  • Identify and help pitch for new opportunities with your client(s)
  • Provide basic trafficking support as required
  • Be the go-to person for client day to day campaign based request
This is what you'll have done already:
  • Nine months plus hands-on programmatic, digital display or digital planning experience 
  • A degree education
  • A proven passion for digital media/advertising & technology
  • Strong people and communications skills
  • A natural interest in technology, proficiency with computers and a technical/analytical mind-set
  • Enjoyment when working as part of a team, a strong social orientation
