Client Partner

Reporting into the Managing Partner, the Client Partner will build and own relationships with senior client stakeholders to fully understand their business objectives and challenges, drive client strategy and lead bigger picture projects for our clients, the team and the agency. Whilst this role sits within the activation team, you’ll also be working closely with our strategy and senior leadership teams to successfully deliver key projects for both our clients and the agency.

Here's what we'd like you to do:
  • Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders leading to successful partnerships
  • Be seen as a trusted advisor to clients on all aspects of digital marketing, shape requirements, provide thought leadership and consult with them on how to best achieve their business objectives
  • Provide educational support to clients as required
  • Lead and develop client strategy against wider marketing and business objectives
  • Produce compelling strategic proposals and recommendations which clearly communicate the story and rationale 
  • Lead and manage bigger picture projects for clients, the team and the company
  • Grow new business from existing clients, spotting the opportunity to develop new and creative ways to add value
  • Seen as a visionary with the application of new products/technology for clients
  • Adept in the use of data, media and creative capabilities across various digital channels
  • Maintain or improve client health and satisfaction scores
  • Work alongside sales to contribute to new business pitch strategy and storytelling
  • Motivate and inspire team members, supporting with training, learning and development
  • Conduct half yearly assessments for direct reports and support managers as they conduct team assessments
  • Develop strong relationships with all colleagues based on strong communication and collaboration
  • Proactively seek ways to improve internal processes and ways of working with the clients
  • Actively deliver against IM company values as a role model for the team and ambassador for the company
A bit about you:
  • At least 8 years’ experience working within the media industry, with extensive digital media or digital consultancy experience
  • Commercially minded, with an impressive track record of contributing to new business through pitches and growth of existing business
  • Proven track record of managing and building sizeable client accounts
  • Good knowledge of our competitors and their position in the market
  • Experience of pro-actively managing and developing a strong account team
  • Highly numerical and analytical
  • A proven passion for digital media/advertising & technology
