Account Director

Here's what we'd like you to do:

  • Lead a team of account managers and execs to plan and deliver outstanding campaigns for your clients
  • Be the ‘internal client’ –  Ask questions and challenge the teams and status quo in order to be confident we are delivering the very best work
  • Build strong relationships with senior clients based on mutual trust and respect and a consistently high standard in all client facing activities
  • Identify and resolve potential issues and blockages before they become critical
  • Drive forward the client strategy and be accountable for the delivery of it
  • Be seen as a trusted advisor to clients on all aspects of Programmatic media buying within the broader (digital) marketing context
  • Set client expectations and work to ensure we deliver to or above them
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of agreed client requirements; reports, calls etc.
  • Identify and nurture talent within your team. Encourage knowledge sharing and personal and professional development, leading by example.
  • Deliver accurate spend and performance forecasting for clients and business
  • Spot the opportunity to pitch to existing clients on new products and platforms and develop the strategy to make it a reality
  • Support the new business team providing strategic direction and resource

This is what you'll have done already:

 

  • You'll currently be a Senior Account Manager or Account Director
  • Be comfortable with data 
  • Experience managing a team of people
  • A confident and experienced presenter
  •  You may also have:
  • A strong interest in technology
  • A good network of industry connections
  • Fluency in a second language
