Revenue Director

Here's what you'll do: 
  • Your main objective will be to deliver sustainable revenue through structured outbound prospecting and management of inbound opportunities
  • You will own the new business number for the agency
  • You will set the sales strategy for the business but also work on your own leads to deliver revenue for the business
  • You will feel comfortable managing processes that are domestic, European or Global in their scope as well as consultancy opportunities
  • You will manage the sales team
  • You’ll bring in new contracted clients and manage contract negotiations
  • You’ll oversee RFI and RFP processes from qualification, through to written submissions and close
  • Work with Marketing to develop collateral and create bespoke strategies to deliver effective sales and influence decision makers to get on the pitch list
  • Provide weekly reporting on sales activity, forecasting pipeline and revenue numbers
  • Bi weekly reporting to the business on challenges, market development and opportunities
  • Be an active member of the Senior Management Team of the business involved in all decision making
  • Be a voice in the industry, representing IM at conferences and on social media
Here's what we'd like you to do - must haves:
  • Excellent knowledge of programmatic and experience of selling programmatic solutions direct to advertiser
  • 10+ years business development sector relevant experience
  • A background managing long and complex sales cycles
