Senior Business Development Manager

Here's what you'll do:
  • Your overarching objective will be to deliver sustainable revenue through outbound prospecting and inbound opportunities
  • You’ll bring in new contracted clients and manage contract negotiations
  • You’ll oversee RFI and RFP processes from qualification, through to written submissions and close
  • Project manage new client onboarding together with a Client Partner and operations teams
  • Come up with  innovative ways to engage prospects and move them through a long sales cycle and develop long term relationships with multiple stakeholders
  • You’ll multi-task to balance immediate short-term revenue opportunities with long term pipeline development
  • Work with Marketing to develop collateral and create bespoke strategies to deliver effective sales and influence decision makers to get on the pitch list 
  • Work with, and mobilise other teams in the business including Client Services, Solutions, Analytics and Technology for pitch support
  • Provide weekly reporting on sales activity, forecasting pipeline and revenue numbers
  • Bi weekly reporting to the business on challenges, market development and opportunities
This is what you'll have done already - must haves:
  • Excellent knowledge of programmatic and experience of selling programmatic solutions direct to advertiser
  • A background managing long and complex sales cycles
