Campaign Manager

Encompassing a variety of disciplines within the Campaign Activation team you will have a Campaign Executive to report into you and will be part of the team that bridges the client and delivery of your campaigns. The basis of the role is about building relationships and understanding clients; acting with their best interests at heart you will act as the go-to-person supporting the Account Director in the delivery of the strategy and campaigns.

Here's what we'd like you to do:
  • You will be responsible for the management of campaigns and campaign performance against forecasts as well as the measurement and analysis of digital campaign data.

  • You will lead the contact with the client and be responsible for the reporting and documentation output.

  • Liaising closely with Account Directors and the wider Campaign Activation team, you will understand campaigns, relaying feedback to clients and advising them on how to achieve the best performance.

  • You’ll be charged with identifying additional revenue opportunities for existing clients, creating proposals and presenting on strategy and campaign results.

  • Our Campaign Managers are very important in driving our clients’ strategies forward. 

  • As well as your own client responsibilities, you will be expected to work with the other Campaign Managers to come up with and implement company and client focused initiatives.

This is what you'll have done already:
  • 2+ years of hands-on programmatic, digital display or digital planning experience

  • A proven passion for digital media/advertising & technology

  • Strong people skills, you should be the social type who can interact with people confidently

  • A natural interest in technology, proficiency with computers and a technical/analytical mind-set

  • Excellent communication skills

  • A degree education

  • Enjoyment when working as part of a team, a strong social orientation
